I had so much fun

Absolutely loved it! Well worth the money.

This company WILL scam you !! I paid $81.00 in advance for a ride from Cancun airport.I had to cancel due to covid .I cancelled 5 days in advance and they refuse to refund my money! Absolutley the WORST customer sercice ever ,very condescending and difficult to work with .
Take your money to a differant airport transfer company !!

Viator has a lot of tours around the word, they have a good customer service and the best part is they have free cancellation and you have to pay your activity pretty close to booked date.

Used this company in the past with great results and this time was no different. Easy to book excursions online. They do a great job of sending you updates prior to the trip.

Loved this tour!! Our driver Alfredo was awesome and our guide Marco was the best guide ever. We got more interesting information than I could have hoped for. He was funny , knowledgeable and super nice. Honestly his knowledge of the site and the Mayan people was incredible. Our kids and us learned more than any history class and this was much more accurate and he made it fun and relatable. I was also surprised at how he remembered our names and other things about us. Best time!!!!

booking was easily done through my travel agent, but i was asked a few questions after i booked it , one was doors on or off ? of course being a helicopter pilot myself I answered doors off only to find out this was not actually an option, so my question is why did you ask and offer a picture of my experience when it is not actually possible ? you should have changed the questionnaire if it is not an option ?

The sun was shining and the weather was good! To make the tour perfect, we had Sophie. I really want to say that Sophie Made oud foodtour as pleasent as possible. She had Nice facts and stories about Ghent. We went to Nice places with terrific good and where informed about the history of Ghent.

Excellent customer service! I'm a happy customer.

Worst service ever. We booked a trip and viator canceled it and now no other sailings are available for that date Viator did not even fight for me after we paid the complete trip. I would never book with them again
